Ever notice how your energy levels fluctuate based on the phase of your menstrual cycle? As your hormones fluctuate, so do your exercise needs. It can be overwhelming and frustrating trying to find a yoga class to suit those fluctuating needs. Combining over 30 years of yoga practice and teaching, trauma informed language, and the science of menses, enjoy these thoughtfully designed yoga classes for free!

Using a combination of mindful breathing, physical postures, restorative techniques and guided meditations, we have created sequences that vary in their intensity and component emphasis based on what research shows naturally menstruating women are most likely to crave at that time.

We also plan to add varying length versions of each class so that if you no matter if you have 30, 60, or 90 minutes, you can reap the benefits of classes tailored to your fluctuating hormones.
